Anyone is welcome to attend Town Council meetings but only the Clerk and Councillors can stay in any Closed Sessions that deal with confidential commercial or staffing items. 

Speaking at a Meeting    Anyone can speak in the Open Forum before each meeting but never during the meeting itself unless the Chairman adjourns the meeting on request.
